Model Tuning

All machine learning algorithm has a default set of hyperparameters, which Machine Learning Mastery defines as "a configuration that is external to the model and whose value cannot be estimated from data. Tuning is usually a trial-and-error process by which you change some hyperparameters, run the algorithm on the data again, then compare its performance on your validation set to determine which set of hyperparameters results in the most accurate model.
